The client logos displayed on this website remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Their presence is purely illustrative and reflects engagements carried out by EXIMIUS REA or its partners during their professional careers. 4. Personal data (GDPR)

4.1 Data controller

The controller of personal data collected through this website is EXIMIUS REA, whose details appear in section 1.

4.2 Data collected and purposes

The only personal data actively collected through this website are submitted via the contact form:

  • your first and last name;
  • your email address;
  • the name of your organisation (optional);
  • your preferred contact;
  • the content of your message.

These data are collected for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry. They are not used for profiling, automated decision-making, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

The site also generates technical logs at the hosting provider's level (IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser) for security and technical diagnostic purposes only. These logs are retained by the hosting provider in accordance with applicable regulations.

4.3 Legal basis

The processing of contact-form data is based on your consent (GDPR, art. 6(1)(a)), evidenced by your voluntary submission of the message. The retention of technical logs is based on the publisher's legitimate interest in maintaining the security of the site (GDPR, art. 6(1)(f)).

4.4 Retention period

Contact-form data are retained for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, then for a maximum period of 3 years from the date of last contact for commercial prospecting purposes, in line with the recommendations of the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL).

4.5 Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have at any time:

  • the right of access and rectification;
  • the right to erasure;
  • the right to restriction of and objection to processing;
  • the right to data portability;
  • the right to set directives regarding the fate of your data after your death.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL): www.cnil.fr.

5. Cookies and third-party services

This site sets no cookies for advertising, marketing or analytics purposes. It also contains no third-party audience analytics trackers.

In order to function, the site does however load the following external resources:

  • Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) for the Montserrat and Inter typefaces;
  • jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net) for the animation library used at page load.

These services may collect your IP address in order to serve the requested resources. No cookies are set by the site itself.

6. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the matter will be brought before the competent French courts.
